ruining my sister's wedding

Okay so basically me n my dad are the only non meat eaters out of the 60 wedding guests and she gave me the list with the vegetarian options but I kinda went vegan 4 months ago and there's a shit ton of cheese in every single dish. My dad doesn't eat vegan cheese or tofu or saitan or any vegan products basically.

My sister went through hell the last 2 months and she's still not 100% out of the woods and probably won't be back to her old self again so I don't want to cause her more trouble but I kinda don't want to eat cheese from like 4 different animals.

mmm i can understand not wanting to do either thing!
would it be possible if you came up with alternatives? then it wouldn't be too much work for your sister to change it perhaps? but if it's already ordered or something i would probably just suck it up and eat the cheese..

It's almost a year from now so nothing ordered yet but they want to finish planning soon and every extra meal option costs like 200€.

200€?? I would either bring something from home or try to eat around the cheese then

Not really those catering contracts are kinda stupidly exclusive.

Ive never been to a wedding but of you guys are the only who dont eat meat, wouldnt the dishes be for you???? Would it not be kinder to just SAY that you also dont eat cheese?? Or to bring your own food? Or maybe suggest something similar to the meat menu that you could eat?
