i didnt get my paycheck this week

why would it take 3 weeks for it to come in the mail, the company is in the same state as me and its a fucking piece of paper not a yacht
im planning to create a bank account to do direct deposit so i can just get paid every friday but i cant create a bank account with no money
ahhhhhhh why cant people do their jobs

hopefully i can take my check (at least this week's)monnday or tuesday to get cashed and then i can finally make an acount
