that's actually such good advice i wish someone had told me that  

like im so mad at myself.... in 2022 i asked for help from gender charity (same one i asked for help in 2025 and helped me with referral) after a breakdown about my chest and when they got back in touch with me i was like oh no i don't need help ive come to terms with these feelings........... STUPID NO U DIDNT 

yes me too especially for people whose wait times are longer than this like 0____0
