again. I had a depressive episode last fall but here I am again. 
I have two things that makes me feel a little bit better and that is my cat and Sleep Token. I always thought it was silly to say that a band saved your life. They aren't saving my life. I am. But it would be sad to be dead because then I can't listen to sleep token. They are still my number one interest. I've been listening to Are you really okay? A lot. No I am not okay. Really not okay.

I always do this when I'm depressed. I take a grip on something and I hold on to that thing. If it's a band or tv show or uncharted 4. And I just focus on that thing and try not to think about how sad I feel and how hopeless everything is. 

Sadly I am mentally ill and sometimes this happens. It's a part of my disorder and I just have to deal with that.
