I went to italy for a week and left them with the babysitter( boyfriend) who only watered them once during the heat wave sad

i'm babysitting my family's tomatoes rn and i'm stressing a bit because they were growing too fast so one of them snapped back before they left. we patched her back up and added support so she's been doing okay but  seems to be struggling a bit now... like i don't wanna overwater it but the top branches are getting very dehydrated. i think the main problem is more that it's outgrown its pot and needs repotting but i have so much to do i barely have time to go buy myself food so i kinda just wanna wait til sunday when my family gets back home so i don't have to deal with it 🥴🥴 the other ones are doing great so at least they can't blame me for its declining health.. pls stay strong dear tomato plant
