That could mean something like artfight/inktober prompts, drawing your avi's from dress up sites, photos you like (that you take or find online and collect), pinterest/mood boards, different eras or countries of art, etc.
I can't say where you will find something that inspires you! Heck, I had a phase of drawing faces from hair magazines i picked up at a second hand store because i liked how they focused on interesting faces/hair without getting too crazy with clothes or makeup, and then i'd simplify the faces down a little towards my style but still try to make it recognizable.
Maybe try some different reference forms and some basic sketches until find what works well for you and inspires and encourages you? But also something that's fun bc if it feels like work/forced then it's demotivating...
