I mean it was 13€ of money I earned that vinted owed me because they gave a refund to the buyer who didn't pick up the package so it was sent back to me and dpd fucking lost it.

I was only allowed to request a reimbursement after 25 weekdays which was almost 5 weeks and then support didn't answer for over 2 weeks after I made my complaint. And then they had the gall to say 'normally we only reimburse a fixed rate dpd offers but we made an exception and gave you a refund for the full 13€ (how generous).

sorry for ranting, it was just very annoying.

sounds cute, I'm sure the buyer will enjoy it!

I am glad you got your money back and that is was not a super low amount XD I feel like it was kind of worth it but a pain  Where I live, I don't think we even can get a refund.

oh where are you from if I may ask? I don't think I have heard about a vinted that doesn't offer refunds for lost packages.
