very true. i was definitely not thinking straight. looking back i should probably have gone to the hospital and gotten treated. but i still have this feeling now that i dont want this in my medical records yk i feel the same anxiety now just thinking about it

mhmm yes i get that! but getting necessary treatment will always be more important than records
