i also think i dream more when i sleep badly but i thought it was the other way around, like my body couldnt get the rest it needed / would tense up bc of the anxiety in my dream or smth... but lowk what ur saying makes more sense

The only dream I can remember from my early teens until early twenties is being chased by someone around the corner of my childhood house, and then getting shot at as I open the front door. The other one I’ve had repeatedly is in my current house, standing by the kitchen island, seeing a man walk past a small window in the kitchen and then getting shot and falling to the ground. The next thing I know I’m floating and watching my dead body on the floor. It’s.. something.
