no of course, i cant know if it will thrive like that or not. i will do my best to train it early so it can feel comfortable going outside and in public transport. but if its not in its nature, then thats how it is and i will find other ways to give it enrichment. like i dont really have room for a cat wheel rn, but i could definitely move some things around and make space for it if i get a cat who prefer to stay inside and still need to be active

i feel like a cat wheel can really be a gamble. either the cat will love it and use it all the time, or it wont give two fucks about it 
reminds me i once saw a cat that loved its wheel so much it was becoming visibly muscular from running on it 24/7
