can't gift her a nice board game bc she moved in with her bf and the apartment has limited space. Same with decoration or plants. She has sensitive skin and is very picky with cosmetics so no to that either.

She likes clothing and shoes and traveling and going to concerts but she buys all of those things herself because she has a good income.

i get what you're saying but even if it is something that she can afford herself, it doesn't matter because a gift is valuable because you will be choosing something she likes for her
i love little gifts even when they're stuff i can buy myself because it's like aww you know what i like and you got it for me.. 
i agree with the comment above then because those things seem to fit what she likes c: an idea is also a gift card to a store she likes maybe, for makeup or skin care or whatever you can find that she would appreciate
