I just came back to say I think I found the problem asdfghh

I think it was my keyboard.. I thought abt the mouse as well but plugging that out also changed nothing 

I think it was smthin very wrong w my keyboard that since it was plugged in it just,, stayed? w the computer keyboard?? even if I plugged that keyboard out or plugged in another one? idk how to explain it 
cus I left puter off for like 5 min while peeing and came back with keyboard not plugged in and I pulled up computer keyboard and it was quiet I was like "fckin neat" and plugged keyboard in and woops problem back up
so I restarted again and then put this other keyboard in first and now it is good.... :cry
