I don't dislike it. It just doesn't do anything for me anymore. I'd call it ok. She's beautiful and has a great gimmick, but I don't know what she does anymore.

I doubt she'll actually file a lawsuit.
But god this album was supposed to be released in 2009 and her label kept giving her the run-around and yeah
not pretty

its like when this is someones career and how they make their living you don't do that to them

If I were ever going to be a musician I'd try to do it independently as much as I can to prevent things like that, as well as marketing hell, from happening. But I agree; that's their liability.

I don't know what her contract said, but I know she didn't record those songs with RedOne - also I don't think she like, had them...copyrighted? idk if thats what you do with music lol

She did so well independently  like as a musician - but not financially

I'm ignorant to it as well. I really have no idea.
But according to her, nine out of the seventeen songs on the album were not done with RedOne, they were not done as "Porcelain Black" they were done as Porcelain & The Tramps
