I've asked Jess - we are supposed to have both on the official auction days. Jess'extra auction doesn't always have Cr ^^

DT doesn't choose which sets designers send into different teams. It doesn't go through DT if one person contacts ET or SMT to give them a set. It's up to the designer c:

Yea, I don't really agree with that method either...
I think all the sets should be submitted to the Jess or a main pool from where the teams can choose for codes and events, but only after all the obligatory sets (mcw/ auction/ dm/ hof/ wof) have been covered... it feels like teams get everything first and whatever left is being used to cover the rest. :\

Idk, wof and hof is so often an unbadged designer or the same not so popular designer again and again for fems... when Kaj used to chose those, we had Sol occasionally, but lately nothing "oh-so-amazing".

Sol hasn't made that many sets lately so that's also why it can't be used for those things. And I'm one of these not so popular designers too, we shouldn't make them feel bad about their art as everyone, popular or not, does their monthly quota and if they quit because they feel useless, it won't be any sets at all eventually.
