For my mom(and her bf) i bought a really nice, big wooden cutting board in teak. My sister and I already got them a new vacuum as an early present a couple months ago, but i couldnt stand the thought of not getting them anything on actual christmas eve, so i thought a nicer cutting board would be nice! They only have the cheap white plastic ones, so this would be something nicer to have on display on the counter n that they could use every day.

For my sister i bought her a .. lmao.. designer salt grinder.. its the weirdest thing to say BUT its a penguin salt grinder from Spring Copenhagen (100 euro) n she reallllly loves penguins + one time earlier this year we were @ a store n we saw it n i jokingly said "OHH u need one of those!" n she said "yeah if it wasnt THAT expensive" so i really think she'll like it n not having to spend the money on it herself.  She's also getting a moomin mug signed by the woman who designed them. She loves moomins almost as much as me n we went to finland on a moomin holiday this summer so i think that'll be something she enjoys!

For one of my best friends i used the website Cameo to buy a personal christmas greeting from the drag queen Tammie Brown cause my friend really loves rpdr, n we have an inside joke abt tammie cause we dont really like her, so im planning on buying a cheap usb flash drive n put the video file on there so he can plug it in n open it himself instead of me just sending an email.

For another friend of mine i think im gonna buy a new book abt Tove Jansson. They released a book abt a month ago? abt letters she had written. Letters from Tove. My friend is also a moomin fan plus she just really adores Tove in general, n her roommate made sure to check that she doesnt already have it so im crossing my fingers she doesnt buy it herself before christmas!

I also have two other friends im not TOOooo sure abt but i think im getting them a joint christmas present. They are best friends n about once a month they go out and eat together, so im thinking of getting them a gift card to a couple restaurants in Oslo that they can use together but idk if thats lame...they are 23 


I think thats abt it, but im totally up for using this thread as inspo cause theres always more gifts that needs to be bought!!!

I got my dad a new watch, which he REALLY needed lol! and I got my mom a off brand fitbit xD but I also convinced her to let me get her a rose gold name plate necklace that says mama bear on it
