so backstory: in my country there's a really popular singer, Axel. i've been his fan since i was like 6 y/o bc my mom brought me a damaged CD she couldn't sell at work as a christmas gift.

fast-forward to sophomore year of high school, there was this guy from the class next door that liked me, but i had a bf at that time and didn't like him back bc my best friend used to have a crush on him in freshman year (not only because of that but u get the spirit).

one day i was hanging out sitting outside class and chatting with some friends ab stuff, and i jokingly said that i sent Axel (the musician) a message on Instagram basically confessing my love for him but then deleted it bc it was cringy.
the bell rings and this dude comes out of his class (couldn't see him) and I shout "BUT I'VE LOVED AXEL FOR YEARS NOW" my friends go nuts trying to shush me and some of them just blank stare someone behind me.

turns out this dude's name was ALSO AXEL and when i turn around he's just standing there confused with his friends, and to top it off i turn back to my friends and shout "AXEL, THE SINGER"

poor guy must have gone through a rollercoaster of emotions that second, my (ex)bf then got mad at me for that when i wasn't even talking ab the guy in particular, I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HIS NAME.
