Can't believe i just laughed at a mamma hitting her foldable baby carriage, because she can't fold it together. She really managed to put her struggles with that baby carriage into 2 ½ page and make it enjoyable.

oh many. scott stossel's my age of anxiety is one of my fav books
Was it a book you found helpful, that gave you a bit of undestanding on anxiety or was it more just a fascinating read?
i think both, there was much scientific information and like one chapter is just about how antidepressants was invented and there was stories behind some meds names. that was very fascinating for me
and yes informative too indeed, i did learn a lot from reading it
also some parts was just the author telling about his own experiences and life, so it was fun too

Just finished The Other Side of the Sky on Saturday!

Really enjoyed the characters and the atmosphere. It was weird to read a YA again after a few NA reads, but overall it was a very pleasant read. I gave it 4 stars!

It doesn't seem like my typical read so I doubt I'll ever get around to it, but it sounds interesting at least!
