You're trying to turn it into something you have issues with and not me. And I didn't blame anyone.
 I understand the way the system works and I don't agree with it.
The way you want it to work wouldn't work. 
1. Some designers, such as heaven, do not want their sets being used by DT. That wouldn't make her or others satisfied. 
2. It would cause more work upon DT than they already have, giving out sets to teams and so on. Massuploading and so on.

You need to view this from the bigger picture, not being so egoistic as you now seem to be.
