About two weeks ago there was a sick troll/hater/whatever coming after one person, spamming the forum. This minimum has been put in place to make it harder for people like this person to put their nasty behaviour on the forum ^^

It's because we had a lot of issues with trolls. It got really nasty and they kept coming back with different ip's so we had to do this. It's just temporary tho
