honestly it’s not that bad.
not as bad as Meningitis B vaccine (normal people don’t usually need that one but those working in healthcare do) 
I don't know much about that one but I'm really interested in vaccines so I'll ask my dad about it (he's a doctor). Unless you want to teach me...? Be my vaccine sensei!

some have been lucky enough to catch BOTH flu and strep at the same time

yeah, I will evade those little demons as good as possible
but, my dad probabl yinfected me with whatever he managed to get (it started as a regular cold, but he was like "I don't need to take anything, I cann feel I need antibiotics". So he ended up getting like a bronchitis and still doesn't want to see a doctor but pester my mom for antibiotics because he can feel it's the right choice. Finally goes to see a doctor: You did wait way too long, now it's serious, but antibiotics would still be wrong.
And now he is super stubborn, takes nothing and is a whiny baby because he coughs so much. He doesn't even have slightly elevanted temperature but he acts completely up.
