What shocks me the most is my dieffenbachia tropic snow is growing like crazy, and i can't get the temperature up in any room with light right now so i'm like : ) why

I have a heater but I have to have my sofa so close to it that I simply cannot put it on without risking fire. I have a heater in my bedroom.. there is one in every room, the one in the bathroom is on. I haven't gotten around to remove the moving boxes away from my bedroom so I can't have that heater on either lol : )
