How do you celebrate Pride? By going to the pride festival, hosting a party for friends, etc? Since I haven't come out yet I haven't really been at a pride festival but online where I feel I can be myself I talk a lot about LGBTQ+ people rights. And sometimes I maybe help out with making a pride event on a website ;D
For the music fans out there: What is your pride anthem song? Feel free to link it, so we can all hear it. Born this way with Lady Gaga is my pride anthem forever and ever lol <3
"No matter gay, straight or bi Lesbian, transgendered life I'm on the right track, baby I was born to survive"
Great choice for anthem song! I love how you were able to get involved online, even if you weren't able to do so otherwise. This event wouldn't have happened without you. Also, thank you for coming out to us. Rock on!

i remember dating a girl in high school and being soooooo scared of the reactions of other people telling ppl was always a big deal telling your family sucks having a relationship that your mum would be ashamed to tell her friends and family about sucks and now i have a BF i realise even more how unfair it is.... my mum tells EVERYONE about him and my relationship and i can be in that relationship with ease
and it just sucks that some people don't get that and they have to deal with hate and everything over something they were born with and have no control over!
and it is just love, you know???
so yeah pride for me is trying to do whatever i can to normalise LGBT relationships
xxlinseyxx wrote: "Hey, I'm ____ and I like to show it" is how I describe pride. I don't have a specific pride song, neither do I celebrate it, but I support all types of people who celebrate pride, and are LGBTQ themselves.
Pride is celebrating who I am without fearing what others will say, I don't have to be ashamed of to show all my colors to the world! Pride week is over but it's okay.

the lyrics go kinda like this;
You made me feel like I was not worth itAnd my tears fell at your feet i looked at myself in the mirror and I couldnt find myself I was just what you wanted to see .....
And I let my hair down, I dressed like queen, I put on my high heels, I put make up and i was beautiful And walk towards the door and heard you yelling at me But your chains can not stop me anymore I look at the night and it was not dark anymore It was made out of sequins
And they all look at me, they look at me, they look at me, Because I know that I am fine because everyone admires me, And they all look at me, they look at me, they look at me, because i do what only a few dare to do, And they all look at me, they look at me, they look at me, Some with envy but in the end, But in the end, but in the end, everyone will love me .....
