Well, people do take it seriously (occasionally) and if you are serious about contacting a spirit, you would probably have a better chance at getting one, and a nicer one at that. When you just do it for fun, it could come off as just viewing them as an attraction, or a themselves as a game, and would probably also come off as a form of disrespect. 
I'm really curious about this kind of stuff but I don't know what I would do/use it for.

I wouldn't really suggest doing it at all, since it's all a roll of the dice, but if you do it,  at least make sure you're doing it for the right reasons.

Yeah, i dont believe it. Its like to say “SANTA IS REAL” which he isnt, so i dont believe in these kind of games, u know?

To be honest, yes i do. There was one in my dads house, so she (and yes it was a she, it was Elizabeth) turned off the ligget, the television etc in the house. Called after me, really scary. 
But i dont believe in the “scary” games like this.

Yeah, I understand. I've seen a ghost once, so I just choose to not mess around with any spiritual activity like that.
