why do you think I stepped up my male designs
but there still are some designers who don't like designing them much and there are even more designers who don't have a male set ready for a case of emergency like this
this is why there are so few male sets
the only thing changing that would be more people designing more sets, but that's just wishfull thinking from my part

i don't want apologies i just want to complain, i don't think anyone should apologise for it but it nevertheless sucks

I think this is what bothers me about this the most.

The burden shouldn't be on you and the designers and masilein and shadowjess and all of the other people who work for free in their spare time. No one should feel guilty about this except Kaj.

Kaj needs to be the adult business owner that he is and make sure that his site is providing what he's promising to people. He is the only one who has complete control over this and no one else.

Is everyone that's running his site for him, an adult age? If not then he's profiting from free child labor.

sure, he has the responsibility, but the new admins have a lot of leverage and if it really was a choice from the designers to make less because we can't keep it up anymore, this will be possible and let's be honest, Kaj wouldn't mind, the designers wouldn't mind but the world would be going to hell for about half of all the whiny users here

how strictly following these rules is controlled depends on the admin of the respective site

we all take it more or less personally, I just snapped
because, yeah, sure, Kaj is the ultimate baddie here
but we have to fix it and we are those standing in line if people want mass executions because they don't get the dm sets they feel they deserve
we are the first to get the hate and the shame and it really is tough not to take that personally
because we are the ones making the choices here, as Kaj gave away that responsibility

I know. That's what makes me so upset, Masi. All of you are top notch. Truly. Every single one of you. You all go to such great lengths to make sure tht we all have a good experience here. And you all do it for free. It frustrates me when Kaj doesn't provide the management support that he should be proving. Because, ultimately, it is all of you who have to lsiten to the complaints and have to deal with the fall out.

I'm so sorry if anything I said made you feel bad. It wasn't my intention at all. My frustration sits squarely with Kaj. He is the one sitting back and allowing all of you to carry responsibility that is too big for you all to handle with everything going on in your lives.

If he can't afford to hire someone then he should be stepping to make sure nothing gets dropped. That's what a business owner does.
