I know. That's what makes me so upset, Masi. All of you are top notch. Truly. Every single one of you. You all go to such great lengths to make sure tht we all have a good experience here. And you all do it for free. It frustrates me when Kaj doesn't provide the management support that he should be proving. I can't speak for everyone, only myself. I truly appreciate everything that everyone does here, especially you Maselein. But that doesn't diminish Kaj's responsibility to deliver what he has promised. He is not doing that. I am expressing my disappointment in him for not honoring his promises as a business owner.
