Oh, that sounds useful. What is it called?

It's called 'Cold Turkey Writer'. It's a super basic word editor, but it helps me stay focused on doing what I have to do. I mean, I will still fiddle around with my phone or read on my kindle, but ... it's definitely an improvement.
