you first of all don't pay the 125 cr for the set but you pay that for a function and to give money back to the system
the outfit is just a nice gift
second of all, rarely any set would ever make the money - mainly because so many people get DM that the sets are far from rare and no one values them so high

plus the few sets that are valued that high are pretty rare
you get how many of them per year? a handfull? also, look at the designer. more often than not it's the designer tag dictating the price. why? because some designers are more sought after plus the majority of those doesn't design that much or regularly

I personally think it's a great DM set, it's sweet, it's well designed, it's all I as a designer would be looking for in a good DM set
but I seriously doubt it will be one of the expensive sets
