Well I.. that's extremely hard. I think I've put Greece as the winner there, but it could also be France, Russia or Denmark 

obviously Estonia shouldn't have won in 2001, should've won in 2009

I think it's fine-ish, but if they ever launch Eurovision Asia I'd rather have them there, it makes more sense time-zone wise. And as long as they don't get too much undeserved points (glares at the juries), it's okay
