Simple.

If it's been used for a code, it can't be used for DM.
All three servers get the same DM set.
However they do push over any codes to us for our teams to use.
so that means chances are the same for every unreleased set across the vp servers...

I don't know of there's been a code but I know there was a competition but I don't think winners were announced!
