What are your favorite Christmas dishes? I fKN love risalamande n n n browned/ sugared potatoes n n last year I made like a raw red cabbage salad n that was lovely
Yes! And Christmas meatballs. Plus the warm red cabbage you don't like. XD

ive never heard of christmas meatballs but sounds lovely !!

I remember the first like family feud we had during christmas was basically started because of red cabbage. My aunt asks my little bratty young sister: hey x would u like some warm red cabbage? my sister goes: yuck no
n then we had like a big 30 minute christmas argument about parenthood n children not saying please n ty n blabalba good times
It's basically regular meatballs, but with "kryddpeppar" (apparently the English name is allspice), to get a "christmassy" taste.

Hahaha, omg. Sounds like something my parents would do.

omg smultringer is also so good, but it was never a thing for me when i was a kid, so im not like "i need those during christmas". but i know @Harumi does.
well no surprise to anyone i don't care about christmas or traditions so i could in theory eat all of the christmas things i like all year it's literally just.. food
yeah, but idk. im not a suuuper christmas tradition person either, but i like the mood. like, only eating kakemenn, pepperkaker and julebrus during christmas sets a mood. also, i eat A LOT of it, so if i ate it all year round, id be rolling, not walking.
i hate the mood it pisses me off if i'm being honest, it's so artificial
