I remember seeing Jess a few times in the past saying that because of the severe lack of male accounts in the other servers, they rely on the EN designers for male sets, since nobody else really makes any male items, so the male dm set is probably gonna be EN...

it still gets to you a lot faster when people get upset about sets, because you know that sometimes you had to rush it or you have to resort to really old sets (I mean, taken a look into the shops lately? most of the sets from the DE you get there are from my 2016 area and they look it and I know it and I feel selfconscious about them and then people be like "why don't we get nice sets" and I'm here like ... because you'd be crying if you weren't getting any??) and I personally feel way more vulnerable with it. I mean, we now changed it a bit on how we work on the german server, so it's not as scheduled and wild anymore and we (Kim/Jisatsu and me) basically just try to make as many good sets as possible, upload them as soon as they are done and Voldemort tries to fit them into the slots as best as possible, so we don't get multiple sets from one designer in a row. But it's frustrating, because I feel like no matter how often we try to speak up about it, there still will be a bunch of people who don't really know about how few we actually are over there and don't understand that even we aren't always happy with how things are, but that we grind our teeth and do it nonetheless because sometimes the older of smaller sets are still better than just having nothing at all

exactly, the EN - as they have the most designers and actually the most that design on a regular basis for males and not just when needed - help out most of the time
