also i guess since dm/hof/wof are slots that have to be filled every single week it's better to have them set beforehand so you dont have to worry abt that stuff for a bit

yeah, but I mean ... I don't know how the other admins do this, but usually Voldemort knows what will be used for what and knows not to just use stuff for something else - only time she does is if we really need something, but so far that only happened once??
like I do get setting it beforehand as soon as you have sets available, I get that, but we never had so much to do so much in advance, so it really looks very confusing

I can confuse you a bit more by saying I uploaded the stuff, but then I should also add that Jisatsu is on personal leave since the beginning of the month and I uploaded all of her Halloween stuff + all the non designer items that have been sent in to us the last two months, sooooo ... good luck figuring out by whom the designs are made :d
