I work in a department that takes care of patients with heart diseases, lung diseases, metabolic diseases, diabetes patients and infectious patients. It's a ward with seriously ill children (some are sicker than the others)
Wow it must be hard. I once thought of studying medicine. Neuroscience. But i thought that i could never be capable of treating people who are dying or have severe diseases, specially children. Im a very emphatic person. I would probably cry all day
It can be tough, but you have to try to be strong and not take what happens at work home, even if sad things can happen.Too bad you couldn't major in Medicine/Neuroscience, but I hope you found a job you enjoy.
Im still studying and i went to a totally diferent career hahaha This is my last year and hopefully when i finish i find a job. Still i dont even know if i want to stay in my country though, no good job offers
