So, what are your thoughts today? Anything good happened? Anything not-so-good? Got any plans for the weekend?

Personally I went and did my math exam today. Like I'd anticipated, it didn't go very well - but hey, at least now I know what things I have to practice more in order to pass the exam in march, right? Also I just applied for another job, so cross your fingers for me folks! Oh, and I'm going out with @cobain  on saturday which is always fun because believe me that woman knows how to party.

It is! I think it's nice that a part of the course is dedicated to learning methodology, even though it's only a grundkurs. For a long time I had no idea what do get a bachelor's degree in, but I've really enjoyed this course from the day I started, so I chose the fortsättningskurs for next term. As of now, it seems likely that my degree will be in gender studies.

It's great that you got an interview! What job is it?

I don't know if you've already written about that, but I read somewhere that dystopian novels tend to be more popular at times when it seems like a war or crisis or something is imminent. So basically, because we still have so many (new) problems in society, it doesn't seem farfetched to assume that dystopian fiction still has a great appeal.

So it becomes... exciting. Because we don't know quite what it is that we're on the verge to. Something like that.
