i might try volunteering more whenever i can, and try to raise more awareness for issues that need to be dealt with. i've always had trouble with public speaking and having attention on me though, so it'll be difficult for me to reach my goal oof

No majors really, I study psychiatry and that sort of stuff so I can work as a psych nurse, in drug rehabilitation, in forensic psychiatry and whatnot. Basically it's been a lot about different mental illness, DSM-5, pharmacology and psychotropics, pedagogics, drug addiction etc.

ikr!! not only that but most volunteering opportunities require too much social reaction most of the time and i'm never ready for that unless it's with my friend group of like 5
