FT: Game Nostalgia
Private
International star

This summer I had extra much time to think about how things used to be, what I used to do. A lot of us probably spent a lot of money playing a wide array of different games. Some games and/or franchises might even still be around, while others became discontinued and even worse - forgotten.

What games make you nostalgic?
What was your favourite game growing up?
What is your favourite game franchise, if any?
If you could "revive" a game, which would one would it be?

* Swords and Sandals
* Playing with fire
* Evolution (the bug game)

I would like to revive Leo Steel and the Aztec gold.

This summer I was talking to my dad about games, and he reminded me of a car game named re-volt. I was very young when I played it, and it was his game. I saw a few videos from the game and nostalgia hit me hard, I would love to play the game again. It was hilarious, I had 0 skills but it was still very enjoyable and I have no idea how many hours I've played it.

I also have nice memories of an autumn vacation thing back when I was about 10 I believe, when my best friend slept over for the entire week (which is probably weird but it was okay anyway) and we were playing sims castaway on ps2, and also the multiplayer game thing on ratchet and clank 3. I think honestly if I could go back in time I would only do it just to relive the moments of playing games with my friends on ps2 and computer. I think it would be very nice.

I don't think I've heard about any of these, what were they played on? Computer? Console?

God, how could I forget TimeSplitters  It was fantastic. The biggest heartbreak was scratching the cd so the ps2 couldn't read it. And it's gone. I'd love to revive that.
I want to revive everything I played that isn't active

a series of first-person shooter survival horror video games  (yes a 8 years old playing a shooter&horror game, blame my father)
I first started playing when I was 8 and loved it ever since,

 The game is set in an alternative reality, where a second nuclear disaster occurred at the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone, causing strange changes in the area around it,
super interesting and today I actually make mods for the games and work with a modder to add females to the game.

Idk we were playing GTA when we were like 7, I talked to my mother about it recently and she was shook. My dad didn't care. That's how it is when the ps2 is his and it's in the bedroom of the kids because the mother doesn't want it in the living room. Yolo.

Sounds pretty fancy tho
