FT: your dream home

How does your dream home look like? A house, an apartment? Pool, garden, balcony? In the city, countryside or woods?

Apartment in a big city, preferrably very high up/skyscraper lol

My dream home is a house with a basement so i can escape summer when it's too hot. With a garden and lots of rooms.
Preferably at the countryside with no big roads close so i can let my cat out without being afraid of her getting run over.

Okay so I'm not going to say the location although I even have a dream location. BUT, I don't really care about how it looks on the outside as long as it is not modern or fucking tragic, anything made in the time period of .. basically the 1800s if it's not wood and if it's a wooden house.. as long as it isn't modern it's good. In should have a kitchen with a dishwasher, enough space to actually cook food without having to tidy up everything in the entire world prior to it. A spacey fridge so I can hoard, a lot of cupboards so I can continue to hoard my moomin and iittala things.
Ideally, it has 2-3 rooms which can function as bedrooms or something else, I only need two bedrooms as the second one would be a guest bedroom as in my dream world I would move to a different country so if I get guests it would be better for them price wise to use a room there rather than book a room at a hotel or something.
I would like windows but not floor to roof windows I hate that and it's not nice. Enough space for my plants and things are essential. More space for more plants. More space to show off my nicest/rarest/oldest/most aesthetic moomin mugs.
I would want it near a city but ideally not in the city centre as that's just loud and chaotic. I have the perfect location. So many nice apartments/houses there. If only.
Oh well. I'll stop.
I have a very detailed idea of how I would want to live. For several different locations with several different options.

My dream home would be near the ocean. Not necessarily with ocean view, but walking distance from the ocean would be nice (that's about 1 km +/- a little bit)
I've grown up in a fairly big house, so I would like a home with plenty of space as well. This means a nice big living room where it's possible to bring in a Christmas tree without any big re-arrangement of the furniture. And some extra rooms, for possible children, bad work/hobby rooms - bad by that I mean one office is fine, more would also be nice but yeah..
As for architectural style, I love old styles. I'd love a victorian stick house though I think those are uncommon here. That or I'd hope to move to Japan with my bf, where I'd love a house that's semi-traditional.

I don't like the look of many modern houses in denmark, they look very boring and i don't like the low roofs. I would love a house like the ones on the pictures, preferly have a garage for my boyfriend and a decent size garden.
I don't care about rooms to much, as long as we have living room, kitchen, preferly 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms (i would like 2 kids so)

a dream home.. it would have to be close to the sea, on an island would be best. preferably a bit secluded. other than that idk, i like houses to be traditional, modern architecture makes me aggressive. it's just .. ugly, sorry but if you think otherwise you're wrong ok. oh and i would love to have a grass roof, and maybe goats or smtn? i recently moved to the city to study and it took me like three days to realise i can't live in a place like this permanently. there's no fresh air, you're never alone yet it's so damn lonely.
