Its really Hard to explain but it has a very original style and it follows a Child born into a Dystopian world where they are monitored and reprogrammed into serving the King. And they decide to escape the system and see whats outside that facility where they have been their whole life. 
So like... no, idk. It doesn't sound like anything I know of. Is it quite unique? 
Yes, i think so. It has like really eerie and grotesque vibes even tho its kinda a sweet consept, like if the Art style was different and the words switched up a bit it really could be a game for children and wholesome but yeah its very unsettling
