Charlotte from Geordie Shore, host the program with who ever she feel like. Basically friends, partners, family and so on, come in pair and they then decide tattoos for each other, that they can't know what it is before it's already inked on their body! 
Sometimes people are nice and give good tattoos, but aloooot of them is people just getting bullshit tattooed on eachother, to get a message across.

Aaaah ye no haven’t seen that one but I saw this other similar one on Netflix recently, it’s called like tattoo redo or something where they only do blast overs but ye their partner/friend/whoever is there with them get to choose it, is really fun hehe
