According to an SMT member that set was initially meant to be a HOF set, but it seems to have been switched.

It's better to ask a moderator if you have any questions regarding the rules.
With the updated HOF rule you are allowed to be on multiple game lists and also on multiple HOF lists, as long as you are only using your main account. Being on a high score list or HOF list with a side account is not allowed.
