i did 2 sessions this week, 1st 40 min n 2nd 60 min ! also i have not bought cola zero in over a week (i am cola zero addict) and i didnt buy candy or snackies for the weekend, only cheese n crackers i hope to upkeep this !!! i was planning on doing session tomorrow but my shoes killed my heels on thursday so im not sure if heels r good to go yet............... mayb i make mcgyver style solution n do cotton pads and medical tape on heel n double sock
