If you think a team or it's members aren't doing an adequate job, try approaching them in a way that isn't so passive-aggressive. You can send the team account a message, a team member a message, or thread saying things you think they could improve on. Giving people suggestions on how to improve will be a lot more productive.

It should be a wash up, us users should have the opportunity at the end of every month to vote for the best team or the best team members or something like that.

So I shall send a message to a person saying get your ass to work? Just kidding, wouldn't since it's none of my business. And tbh, I don't get forum teams point. As for cliche lines, "we are the forums" - pretty much all of us. Why do we need a team to "keep the forums up"
But yes, some of them are interesting people, makes interesting topics etcetc but do you need to be in a team to do so
