because this site is intended for minors (according to Kaj) and it's v easy to get scammed with things like this and it's irresponsible that Kaj is allowing his users (whose brains aren't developed to the point of always making wise and educated decisions) to be in situations where they could easily be stolen from or taken advantage of.

well kaj is not famous for being smart so i didn't expect otherwise. but if i were to sell anything it'd be through paypal and i doubt kids of 12 have full control over their own bank account so. and there are many 18+ here.

Cheating/Scamming
Cheating on Virtual Popstar is not permitted. Cheating includes but is not limited to: using bots to click voting links, stealing money from another account, sending money from numerous side accounts, and manipulating glitches within the game. 

If you scam another player and are found guilty via screenshots, you will receive a timeout, minimum of 24 hours. If after 24 hours you won't return the item/pd/cr that doesn't belong to you, more time will be added and you're subject to banishment.

If your trade takes place off of VP and you get scammed, there is nothing our team can do.

there are many 18+ ppl but Kaj intended his website to be for minors nonetheless so the rules should be made for minors. And yeah he's dumb but his rules don't get any less dumb just cuz it's expected from him
