Do you have to be in MCS (MatureContentSection)? No, you do not. 
What is MCS? It is a record label that FT is in charge of where you can discuss certain topics more freely (sex related discussion, drug related discussion, and you may swear in the title of your forum).

For #5: It's supposed to be a vague question because we want to see the direction you think MCS should go in. We want to get it active again, but we need people to help us with that. You may want to give examples of types of discussion you would host in MCS.
