MS: Rules on Cheating Reminder

Heres your reminder:


- Using multiple side accounts to get yourself multiples of the HOF so you can sell the items for profit is not allowed as it is cheating. This has always been a rule.

- Going into a FashionContest with your side accounts in there with you so they can vote for you is cheating. This has always been a rule.



We take cheating very seriously because everyone deserves an equal chance. When we play games with people who cheat it's not fun. Don't be selfish, play fair. If you think a player may be cheating, please mail a moderator and we will look into it for you.

If you are found to be cheating, you will be punished and possible have fans/pd/outfits youve received from it taken away.

Asked Questions:

What if I have a sibling who is also on the HOF that has the same IP Address as me? Will we get in trouble?
If we suspect someone of using side accounts to cheat, we will message them first.

What if I'm on multiple HOF lists for the games?
This is fine, you are playing games to earn PD/fans; you wont be punished if you are really good at the different games and get a high score.


What if I am using side accounts to get extra sets so I can do giveaways?
While this is kind, it is still not allowed. By having side accounts take up space on the HOF list, you are taking away spots for other people. If you want one set for yourself, and another to give away, you can be on the HOF on multiple games.

What if I have one male account and one female account?
This is fine. Using more than one male and female account to get onto the HOF is not.

just because it's nice doesn't mean it isn't cheating. of course it's still cheating.

If you get in the HOF from one game, and then another, will you get two sets?
I havent been in there for a while, but I remember it used to be like that.

If that's the case, just using your main account for that its okay; you just cant be using side accounts to get up there, even if it's for a giveaway. 

The concern with people using multiple side accounts is that they are taking up the places for other players.

sorry if it came off as agressive, it wasnt meant to be, but if people come in here  and see that "the shoe fits", it could start an issue, and thats really not what this thread was done for.

We will be keeping a closer eye on this, checking IP's weekly and having Admin remove side accounts from the list.
