New ET Layouters

Hello everyone!
Before people get confused, we figured it would be best to announce our new layouters before they receive their badges from Kim. As some may have noticed, ET has lost some members recently, one of which was our last layouter. Thus, we have decide to add 3 new ones to the team, each being a trusted member of the community and having shown good work in creative layouts on the site.
Why didn't we have applications? Well, due to the leaking situation we have had on and off, we wanted to make sure we had members we trusted and needed layouters sooner than we would have liked to do applications. 

These new layouters are:
Fiskarna
Tezzica
Baileyrosee
