That makes sense. 

It just seems weird to me that they would pick the top three and only will have a position of power. i would think they might make at least one of them a mod, but that's just me.

To be a good admin, you have to put your emotions aside and make difficult decisions. based on what i've seen of jess and dani, i don't think decision making is their best skill...
