I posted this yesterday in relation to an incident which oversaw the mention of a document that a gathered bunch of individuals had created regarding evidence against mods behaviours and incidents that have occurred in the past. Incidents which at this point aren't up for open discussion as they involve certain moderators and xusers.

After the document was given a user received a ban due to the nature of the document that they were involved in creating. The document itself hosted events to which 3 users in particular felt like the moderating team were either neglected ting their roles or showing a range of unprofessional actions on site. This obviously speaking about the older mods.

At the point neither myself or the team were aware of document, and I had later found out that the document had been with Kim for roughly 3 weeks before this.

I plan to hold a conference with Kim and Kaj some time within the month (haven't set a date due to personal circumstances) to speak about the information that was provided, but at this current moment nothing can be said about the results of it.

However I can account that within our private moderating chat since I joined that no 'shit talk' has happened towards any members. The only time a name is brought up is if there are any current incidents or investigation. The new mods can also account for this also.

In regards to the issues in the document, I don't really have any direct involvement within them sadly so coming at it as a third party was rather annoying. At the time when I became admin position the main thing that was brought to my attention was the issue to do with SMT and a lot regarding the judging to be admin. I had a member in particular within their forums posting up screenshots and putting in bits of information regarding the SMT situation. As Legohouse explains I had set up a chat between the two of them to talk about any issues that she had and to resolve parts of any issues that she had. Unfortunately the transcript for that chat is own my own laptop so I'm able to access it. After this it had died down for several months and the original forum with all the screenshots in was deleted. However only myself and the team members to that team are able to access the forums and at the time there was no moderator in ET.

Shortly after this once the new members were announced I was contacted by another user regarding one of the trainees. She had warned me regarding some activity that this particular person had regarding a Discord chat and leaking out information and I had informed the user that I'll take it into consideration however her placement would depend on her activity during boot camp. The user passed boot camp however shortly resigned after.

As for the information regarding Ali also I had only been informed of the information at that point as to the confirmation that the hacker was Ali with screenshot evidence of Ali talking to other members who knew it was her. However I still find it rather suspicious as to how she was doing it. As mentioned moderators don't have access to team forums and at the time there was no admin during the time of the hacking.

People would post pictures of us as rats and even went as far as to send one mod death threats and then mock her for being upset about it. I would get sent messages where people designed the ugliest looks they could imagine and then sent it to me with the caption "u". Sometimes it was funny and we'd make jokes in our mod chat and laugh it off, but after a while it gets to be really annoying and frustrating because you can't defend yourself directly without being called unprofessional. If you give a timeout or warning for it, you're considered biased or unprofessional then as well. I was also grieving because I'd lost two loved ones within one week of each other. Then in May 2016, I found out that my aunt (who had just lost her husband in december 2015) had stage 3 ovarian cancer. I broke down crying and told her how exhausted I was with everything I had to deal with because it was just one thing happening in my personal life after the other. That same week, the admin announced that she wanted to start with school soon and would not be able to be admin after a while. From Kim's instruction, the mods had to vote on someone from the team to be the new admin. I was not present for the voting because I was out of town with my family while my aunt was seeing a cancer specialist. On my way back, I found out that they had been voting and then found out that I had been chosen. I asked if I would have time to decide and explained what I had going on, only to be told that I did have time to decide. Then, the next day, without me accepting or declining, I logged into VP after work ended to find that I had the admin badge and group messages about it had already been sent out announcing me as the new admin. For that entire summer, I had to juggle watching my aunt deteriorate before me, working, attending college classes, and then also trying to admin a site with limited functions.

When I became admin, things took a turn for the worse even in my friendship with the former admin. Often times I would get snapped at or have snide remarks made towards me in the mod chat and in ET forums. I would just brush them off each time and not react. This person would start asking mods to pick whose "team" they wanted to be on. I thought it was all in good fun, but I noticed they began to get upset when I ended up getting most people on my team by joking that I had donuts, cookies and cake while this person didn't even eat sweets. Then, this person would leave the mod chat time and time again. Each time, we would invite them back. And then finally they sent us a long message ending our friendship and saying they did it because they knew they were being an awful friend, they got jealous too easily and needed too much attention. Still, we talked it through and invited them back even after they left the team. At this point I'd started to get messages or see things that made me feel as if this person had been saying nasty things about me behind my back, but I didn't respond then because I didn't physically see it but had people tell me or hint to me about it. I've seen commentary about one of the documents that this person has slammed my future job choice, yet they would also message me from time to time to ask for my help with psychology related things even though they apparently felt I was so awful at it.

At this point, things are really hard for me to talk about so I won't go into much detail as I probably should. In August 2016, my aunt passed away from the cancer. There are things I'd rather not discuss there because what I witnessed is still very painful and traumatic for me to have to relive. But I told the mods and left the mod chat. This same former admin, who denies knowing anything about my situation, then messaged me to see if I were okay and tell me they were sorry for my loss. Things were a blur for me after that until November because now I was juggling school, work, admin and now grief over yet another loss, this time someone I was very close to. At some point, there was this big drama over whether teams wanted/needed an official leader. I posted in et that I didn't think we needed to establish a leader officially because we had always worked well without an official leader. I said that I didn't want a leader because I felt like it would lead to drama and that the main people in favor of having a leader wanted to be leader themselves or we're agreeing as a way to suck up to who they thought would become leader. People already felt like they couldn't give opinions without there being drama about it later.

Here is one example that is the most upsetting to me out of everything that's happened over the past few months. The former admin got upset that I said that I didn't want a leader. They began to single me out in et even more soand be very dismissive of my family members deaths. They said "Lets talk about people who are inactive. Personally, I don't find Sabrina to be that active. I know you have a lot going on but you were inactive for a year" knowing that the past year I'd been dealing with grief and had communicated that with them specifically and the team. I also still came back to help host large events, posted in threads and hosted the et game several times despite all I had going on. After that comment, I was crying because a person that I had talked to every day for over a year and that I had confided in about how much pain I was in would be so dismissive of my family members deaths and illnesses. I do remember telling the mods that I could no longer be friends with this person because I was disgusted by that. I was venting to the mods about how much I had put up with due to this person and how they had been treating me for a long time. I told them so they would know why I needed to end the friendship completely even though I didn't care if they remained friends. I just couldn't stand seeing the way they treated people but I constantly asked the mods not to judge base off of my opinions but to form their own. Not once did I tell them to unfriend her. Then to make things worse, this person made a post in et about guidelines and brushed over a lot of others means of inactivity to focus solely on grievances. I and another mod were the only ones to admit to having illness and death to deal with, so I felt that the whole grievance portion was once again a means of making a jab at me and was once again disgusted because I found it insensitive to try to establish rules about someone being able to be kicked off because they were taking the time to deal with death. Even after this person was told how much their dismissal of my situation made me uncomfortable and heartbroken, they simply made excuses and not once did they apologize. Instead they made it a point to continue to pick at me in threads and in chats. My whole issue with them is not them calling me lazy, it's that my family members deaths were brought into it in such a nasty manner. There was a group message sent where I was called a lazy little shit, and when that individual messaged me to tell me what happened she also stated that it was wrong. I didn't freak over it, I brushed it off and even joked about it with her as well as others in a thread. Now, it seems to me they don't want to own that they said something horrible to me or that they had any recollection of my family members deaths and instead are trying to deflect all the blame on my end by calling me lazy in their document. Another reason it's not truthful for her to deny acknowledgment of my aunt's death is because I'd set up a cancer fundraiser in my aunt's honor where i was going to use my own money to donate. Before I could complete the event, everything that I had typed out was deleted in the middle of the night and people had been so hostile about the fundraiser that I just decided to stop it because it was upsetting me. I don't know if it was deleted intentionally or not though.

Around this same time, there was also drama in Smt. A former Smt member made a post in the Smt forum asking for people's opinions about the team and its members. After they shared their thoughts, she then told them she did not care what they thought, was tired of their bullshit and just wanted them gone. An argument took place and it ended in one member being so upset that they broke down and quit the site. At this point, another Smt member asked me to come into the thread and try to help. I took the time to read the thread. In it, multiple people besides the mods on the team said that they did feel like there was a clique vibe on the team but some states that they continued to just try to sneak their way in. To me, from an outside perspective, it looked like people were uncomfortable helping because they felt like they were interfering with what a group already had worked out themselves. Yet, there also seemed to be an us vs them situation within the team. I told the team that there did seem to be a clique problem but that shouldn't be an excuse not to work. I then told them they could address the problem by setting up a chatzy or something where they could get to know one another and be able to work better together as a result, which I had also suggested another time before and it was received. I also stated it was wrong to ask them their opinions only to tell them they they were shit and that you didn't care what they had to say anyways because you just wanted them gone. Half of the team agreed to trying out the chatzy, but two people refused to try to make amends and instead went on a rampage in the threads. When Kim came to the thread, she told them to all start with a clean slate. Her suggestion was also met with hostility and she was called useless and was told "fuck you".

After that situation, I was overwhelmed. I still had a lot to deal with in my personal life and the added stress vp caused was not healthy for me. So I quit as admin and sent out a group message saying that it was too much pressure on top of the deaths of multiple loved ones. Prior to the Smt situation, I had no issue with any of the members and also took time to defend them when others would complain about them. Yet, as soon as that situation happened, I was met with nonstop hostility from that point on. People would send me screenshots of them posting about me in public threads, I would see reports of it happening in the Smt thread and even when I tried to help or talk things out with this user I would get snapped at. That is the only time I would say anything negative about users is when a thread or situation would come up where I was being bashed. I'd say things like "this is so dramatic. This is petty. Why are they being so awful." Etc. There's a screenshot that I've seen where people swear I have attacked this user long before. That is not true. The screenshot is about a chat Kim had with users of vp. Someone told me what had been discussed and I shared it with the mods. I've even explained it to Theory because she was willing to get to know me and listen besides just attacking me. One user focused on complaining about gingivitis and two others had focused on Legohouse and Eli. Then C was there to translate for Kim. I called her zebra because I'd seen her be called it in the threads. I didn't know it was some sacred thing and we also got along then, so I didn't know she'd be offended. So in the chat you see me telling the mods what was discussed and that people had been thrown under the bus. You'll see another mod say that's how Regina George died because she was referencing the scene on mean girls where the character got hit by a bus.

That is literally all that screenshot was, but no one actually ever asked to explain it they just made up their own stories. With the leaker situation, I don't know where to begin. I was the one to figure out it was Ali and tell the others. I gave her one chance to own up to it herself, and she chose to lie and deny it. Then I monitored her account for a while and when I had enough evidence, Zöe confronted her. I don't know why she went on rampage and started bashing us, my only guess is it's probably because we were most outspoken about our disapproval in her leaking. she told me she hadn't done it to mods because we didn't deserve it, only to turn around and leak things from our chats but not release the things she'd said or what sparked the comments. Yes, I did advise Kim against specific users in the admin elections. She asked us our opinion and everyone else was able to give theirs in threads, so why could I not do so in private? I did say C was a bully because for months she has attacked me and other mods in threads all because we disagreed with her behavior in Smt. I did say I thought she would abuse her powers and judging by how she acted with the Smt accounts, I was right. I also warned Kim to be careful when telling people things because the former admin as well as others had also sent screenshots of their conversations with Kim around to people. I don't remember singling C out and accusing her has the leaker. This same person she's been getting information from and that had so much to say about the mods would also double back and accuse her of the leaking even though they were messaging mods to accuse her of it from the beginning. And we went through everyone's timeouts and behavior in the site, not just dani and C. I had multiple users ask me to bring up situations and concerns to Kim, which I did in Kik chat with her. We have to work with the admin, so why should we not get to vote on the person we have to interact with?

I don't know solitude and haven't interacted with her much at all. I can only remember three conversations I had with her. One was August 22 and I don't remember what it was about as that day I'd rushed to be with my aunt because we were told she had fallen. I told solitude I had a family emergency and wasn't able to respond. The next day my aunt passed away and I never got back to her. Then another conversation she talked to me about her discord chat and I told her she was on thin ice due to it. My issue with the chat was not that it was gossip but that it was posted in public forum on vp and only certain people were to be let in and others were not which I found to borderline bullying, people's pictures were shared without their consent and they were mocked and someone was told to kill themselves. The only other conversation I've had with her is her asking to be one of the mods that she hates so much and her admitting to the fact that her behavior is not always acceptable even though she knows how to behave on a less popular account.

For months I have kept all this to myself because I found the drama to be petty and childish and have had much worse things to deal with. There's still things I've probably left out. It's also daunting to log into a site where several people you don't know are proclaiming how horrible you are without knowing the entire situation. I don't care if you choose to believe me or not, but please stop doing this to people. You don't know how much this has affected my mental health further or how many nights I've cried or had anxiety attacks because everything is too much. It feels nothing short of harassment. The first couple of threads it's not so bad, but it gets to you after a while and when it's extended. I've made threads for when people message us suggestions calmly instead of bashing in threads and there's barely anything in them because people simply won't message instead of making threads.. Now, I'm watching new mods go through it too and it's heartbreaking. We are not made of stone. We do not get years of training or any sort of benefits to being a mod. I started being on vp teams as a distraction and safe haven from all the things in my personal life and now I don't have anywhere else to escape because I get attacked there too. Please stop jumping to conclusions without messaging people and trying to hear them out or know them. Just stop bashing and attacking people in general. It doesn't matter whether it's a mod or online user that can just log off. Once they've read it, the words are imprinted and the damage is already done. This community has become so hostile towards one another in every aspect and it's not healthy for anyone at all.

What I did not see were people saying nasty comments about other users. When it comes to chatting about members, it is only when something happens that concerns the person, which is what mods need to do to let others stay up to date on current drama or when giving punishments. When a member's name is in the moderator chat, it is for a valid reason. Others might also think we have bias or we go easy on other members because we "like" them more. That is completely false, and there is no way we could be biased because we don't know any of you on a personal level. When it comes to friends giving friends punishments that does not usually happen and input is not accepted because you would be biased. Others would have to discuss it and hand out the punishment.

As you know, I was apart of the EventTeam before I became mod. When I first joined I obviously thought it was the coolest thing ever since it was the first team I had ever been on. We all quickly signed up for an event, and we did them routinely for a few weeks. We then went on a hiatus for the whole summer till about Halloween time, now keep in mind we had only just been accepted in May and summer is right around the corner. During this hiatus, I think we did a few little things but nothing significant. When we came back from our long break things were a lot more hostile. When planning for Halloween, ideas weren't taken into consideration, and one person was the main leader and whatever they said was what was going to happen. We did the Halloween event and a member and I collabed on a pumpkin scavenger hunt. Now skip forward a little while, and this is when things started to not make sense. One member started to post saying Chandelier had been absent for months on end, and they should be removed, but this post was quickly deleted. It didn't make sense to me since we had just been on a long hiatus and we had just collabed on an event together. Things like this continued to happen, and as you saw in Chandelier's post, this person also tried to erect a rule about how you could only be allowed to grieve for so long until you were kicked off the team. You can see how this could be hurtful and unnecessary considering the whole time we were on hiatus anyways. We then went on a hiatus from Halloween to around Christmas time due to the hackings and things that were going on. Some of you may also know awhile before that I was hacked, due to someone pretending to be me and asking the Dutch mods for help. Someone had also taken control of the ET account and made posts pretending they knew who the hacker was and they were going to reveal who it was, this obviously ended up being fake which led to Kim being in control of the EventTeam account. I was then handed the access to the account because I was obviously not the hacker since the person hacked me.

Not very long after a member went to Kim saying that I shouldn't have access to this account and that I should be removed because they didn't feel safe with it in my hands. Which is confusing because the hacking was an accident, and in no way a real "hacking" or my fault.

This doesn't make sense because she knew I or the account wasn't hacked because they posted in the original thread. They also did not come to me about these concerns or ask questions. These were just some of the odd happenings on the EventTeam.

I just wanted to make a short little post about my side of the things. Sometimes people you think are your friends say or do things that aren't true or right. When you don't get the full story, at times things can be taken out of context, and you can be painted in a harsh light. I have no harsh intentions against any of these people, but I just don't agree with the things they have done. It's been hard to sit back and see people that I thought were my friends say things that are untrue and turn their backs on people. It's also hard to see the effects that these people have on your friends. I love being a mod; I couldn't see me not being one anymore. I do try to do my best, and I think I'm doing a pretty good job, but like others have said I am just a volunteer and I have had no training at all when it comes to being a mod and handling hard situations like these. It's hard when you want to defend innocent people and not be taken seriously.

My side about Ali
Hypoxic, Chandelier, and I all decided to work in a group to figure this out. I know Ceylin and a few others were also working together to see what they could find. They sent us their suspicions, and we took them into account. The first time we caught Ali's IP being connected to a hackers account she quickly told Sabrina that she didn't know what was going on and that she was hacked! Then she was quickly TO'd:

So she then changed her password, and things were normal for a few days. I'm pretty sure the first time was when the account name had my name in it? So that through us off too. We told Kim about the situation and what we had found, and she didn't understand it either. I'm pretty sure Kim and Ali talked, and Ali completely denied being the hacker to Kim. Kim also refers to Ali as the mod mom, so she had no suspicions. Then we found her account connected again and Zoe confronted her and then she owned up to it. Zoe then told her she needed to tell the rest of us where she sent us this message on her reasoning of why she did it:

Obviously, after that, I tried to be nice hoping she would tell us more about why and how. She was eerily silent about the whole thing and didn't want to tell us any details. She just said she had been working with people and another person did it along side her who wasn't involved with what she was doing. As you saw in Chandelier's messages to Ali, Chandelier was very upset and didn't agree with what she did. To the point where she wasn't responding to Ali's messages like they used to as friends. This is when Ali went off the deep end and sent us those nasty texts about how we were "Fake." When in her messages she told Chandelier that she admired her because she was never petty. The tune changed quickly, and she then started sending off cut off screenshots and stories to people on VP. The wrong stories that were completely made up to make people look bad, which everyone ate up and took as the truth. Which shocked us because this person was the hacker, had been the hacker since gsm days, yet everyone took her information like it was from the gods themselves. She twisted stories and changed names and acted like we were the bad people. Which made other users upset. I would also like to clear up; nobody directly helped us it was all Chandelier who found the IP's connected. None of us accused people of BEING the hacker. We said it could be anyone, we had many people in suspicion, but we never said one name specifically.

Each day I would have to wake up at 5am to get to my first job then leave job 1 to go to job 2 for the remainder all while pregnant with no car. I wasn't concerned with being on here and whatever shit was going down. When I came back, most of my friends who happened to be mods or team members would ask about my child. I don't necessarily bring him up in forums unless it's reasonable discussion because frankly it's unnecessary and annoying to me.

– I have only given three warnings to Tarrant never a time out. The time out I'm being accused off wasn't my call. It was a team decision. I have no opinion of her in anyway besides I wish she would feel better about herself because there are a lot of people that do care about her health. The timeout Tarrant received was for a break from VP.

– When I had became a moderator on here, I had seek to figure out about this issue that was going on to figure out if there was a compromise that could come about. We chatted on kik. This user discussed the issue but could not warrant anything but removal of all old moderators completely as the way to handle the situation. I informed her that talking about users when something comes up is a normal occurrence to the role of a moderator. It's a moderators duty to handle and discuss users. I also informed her based off the evidence that I had seen from other moderators that the evidence providers were also at fault too. I did also clarify that it is not my place to correct the situation that has happened months ago (now almost a full year). I can only proceed to help going forward due to the fact I was not online nor can I read all deleted forums to even messages to concur true assistance on the matter. I was able to get the jest of her side even though a compromise could not be given based off the demand of the user.

This user also asked to be banned by me, but then due to abuse of her ability of having access to a few social media accounts decided to use it to her advantage by posting the above situation to it. Thus, resulted in her being rebanned under a different reason in our system.

– In regards to another user's banning/timeout/warnings, she was supposed to be banned on one of the earlier warnings I had given her based off an agreement with Kim for why she was re-allowed back on the site. I made a "biased decision" and gave her a few chances. Each time she didn't correct her behavior even though she was given a chance back onto the site. One of the warnings I have given her wasn't just based off swearing in the title, but included her general attitude in posts.

– I've gotten rather close to several users who are known to step their toes as well. Such as this sassy individual.

Most of my older warning/timeouts from 2012-2014 are no longer in the system, but you could talk to Theory for a more in-depth discussion how I've timed her out a few times even though I love her to death.

– There was another situation in regards to codes and claims where I had brought the general discussion to teamwork to discuss it. I made a few over exaggerated examples. The reason why this forum existed was because of the St. Patrick's event that ET had recently. In our planning thread, I had already sent the codes to be coded by a designer for 75 IG. Another ET member had said she could possibly put it on SMT but I had mentioned back to her in regards to it being an issue with the claims and probably wouldn't be okay if SMT had to claim it as well as YT. Normal users wouldn't be too happy if they couldn't claim it due to teams taking up a large proportion of the claims. The ET member said she wasn't positive on how that worked neither was I since none of this was stated in writing about codes and team collaborating. I asked if I should post it to teamwork and got an okay for it so that's what I did just so it would be out there. Needless to say, ET stayed clear of that coding situation except when ET respected BT/SMT /D for a recent photo competition. ET members gave an okay for those involved with the comp specifically to be allowed the prize outfit and respected a wish of the designer.

–At some point, I got close to Ale when he decided to come back. He started to talk more about his situation with ET and the behavior he didn't enjoy being part of from a former ET member. He shared a few screenshots in relation with that person. My conversation with him afterwards was in regards to the charity event made for Chandelier around christmas. I was asked to make the layout which was delayed constantly for a ton of reasons hence the comments made on my end since I was annoyed seeing her whole event and devotion to charity shattered.
