that's more my problem with it. 

I understood it being a rule - I just felt a little shafted that I got a warning for something that, as far as I knew, wasn't a rule : // 

but the other reason I was bitter has been cleared up with the mods. so I'm just chill now really.

well i think its not really a rule
but its just a way to "keep vp safe and fun place to be" which means no privacy to anyone
