What should i do, try again? I just dont have the time to make a whole new female and also a male outfit before the 21st.. meh

I googled it, and it seems that one can really do resize it without loosing quality ):

It is clip studio paint, not photoshop
Well it can be sized down some without it being ruined, but it needs to be sized down maybe like.. 75% idk
bicubic sharper? Well i dont have photoshop anymore.. Maybe i could get my little brother to try to resize it down in photoshop

I think you should take him up on his offer, it would be such a shame not to use it when there's a possibility that you can.
